The monumental, surreal architectural visions of Hannsjörg Voth are still among the most important land art projects worldwide. The artist’s drawings of the projects occupy an outstanding position. They are sketches of ideas, construction and architectural drawings and pictorially executed sheets of imaginative power. The photographs by the photographer Ingrid Amslinger, the artist’s wife, document the actions and their creation, clarify the process of realisation, which is part of the artistic project, and also possess an atmospheric density that lends expression to the magical aura of the buildings and sceneries.
The Franz Marc Museum in Kochel am See is showing Hannsjörg Voth’s drawings and watercolours for the project Boat made of Stone as well as the accompanying photographs by Ingrid Amslinger.

The artist Myriam El Haïk is represented at the 12th Berlin Biennale for Contemporary Art until September 18. Every Thursday afternoon, the artist works on a large-scale wall drawing as part of a performance and plays her composition for piano „Please Patterns“. In this way she transforms space and time as well as their perception.

Nora Schattauer is represented at the Kunsthalle Erfurt from June 12 to August 7, 2022 in the group exhibition „Reflecting Nature #1,“ which features artistic positions with a natural history connection. In addition, the Jacobihaus in Düsseldorf shows a solo exhibition on her until August 14, 2022. On Tuesday, June 21, there will be an artist talk between Nora Schattauer and Dr. Gunda Luyken, head of the Graphic Collection at the Kunstpalast Düsseldorf.

The gallery is represented by the artists Mona Breede and Horst Schäfer in the exhibition „ÜBERSCHAU #2“ at the CSR Contemporary Showroom on Friedrichstraße until June 25. The exhibition, initiated by DEEDS.LAB, features international art by 25 contemporary artists from China, Germany, England, Israel, Japan, Austria, Slovenia, Ukraine and Turkey.
